This unique, entertaining, one of a kind session is designed for 6 people to learn and experience the art of meat cutting led by Edmonton’s most respected Meat Cutter, Corey Meyer, owner of Acme Meat Market. The private session will walk you through all aspects of meatcutting and also includes 6 grass fed steaks, locally grown in Alberta, for each person to take home.

Included in this package is a Blue Green Dymondwood Chef’s Knife handmade by master craftsman Ed Storch, complete with a soft case.

This workshop is for two people for two days of landscape painting “en plein air”. You will enjoy painting in the beautiful landscape of Jasper National Park with renowned Edmonton artist Lynn Malin. This one of a kind package includes two nights accommodation at the beautiful Tekarra Lodge in Jasper and Lynn will provide you with panels and canvas for painting. Lynn would like to begin the workshop by inviting the successful bidder to join her at her family cabin on Lake Edith for wine to explore and customize how the days will unfold.

Immerse yourself in art history while enjoying a day of hiking with curator and author Lisa Christensen. See some of the locations depicted in the art of Lawren Harris, J.E.H. MacDonald, Arthur Lismer, Walter Phillips, Peter and Catherine Whyte, John Singer Sergeant, Carl Rungius and other artists who have made Lake O’Hara’s beauty famous through their work.

Lake O’Hara Lodge is a backcountry hiking and skiing lodge nestled in the Canadian Rockies, only a few hours from Calgary and a short distance from Banff and Lake Louise, in Yoho National Park.

The package is for June 24-25, 2015 and includes two nights accommodation, all meals, round-trip bus fares on the access road and taxes. Hiking choices will depend on trail and weather conditions and the preferences and interests of all hikers.
